Are your products considered weight-loss/diet supplements?
Our products are not dietary supplements, they are considered as foods. Everybody is different, and everyone requires a different amount of food and nutrients, so please consult with a health care professional for more information on diet/weight-loss supplements.
How long do your products last?
Our products have a long shelf life, but they do all have a best before date. Remember to store all our products in a cool dry place to ensure their freshness and taste.
Can I recycle the product packaging?
All of our packaging is 100% recyclable. The mailers/shipping packaging is also 100% compostable – being environmentally friendly and sustainable is a top priority for us.
Are your products safe to consume while pregnant or breastfeeding?
There are ingredients that may be harmful to the expectant baby. Please check each products FAQ's for more information if you are concerned. You should also consult with your health care professional before consuming any products if you are unsure.
Returns/Shipping
Do you offer refunds?
If you don't love our products, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to set up a refund. Please note, we may require proof of purchase to consider your refund request.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship iInternationaly to New Zealand.
